Join Sarah Stepans, as your guide for this event that is designed to connect you with the timeless wisdom of your lineage through the sacred practices of Breathwork and Reiki.
As you inhale deeply, imagine drawing in the strength of insights of generations past.
With each exhale, release what no longer serves you, creating space for healing and growth.
The Breathwork journey is followed by a nourishing lunch to feed your physical body as well as those ancestors that have come in to support you during this journey.
The lunch is then followed by the cultural richness of Turkish Coffee and homemade Baklava.
The event will then be concluded with an optional coffee grounds reading, a window to your ancestral messages and a beacon for your path ahead.
The Turkish Coffee, Baklava and coffee grounds reading is a tradition from Sarah’s Assyrian heritage that means a lot to her. She loves to share this with others; feeling the magic and sacredness of creating community and tapping into other ways of receiving meaningful messages from our higher self, ancestors and guides - while indulging in cultural sweetness.
