Description: This is an introductory course, designed to introduce the foundation of belly dance techniques. It is a fun, low-impact, sensual workout that based on getting in touch with feminine principles. In this class, you will develop the tools to strengthen your presentation including muscle isolations, memory and strength building, posture and flexibility. You will also learn all the basic movements of belly dance such as arm positions, hip work, foot work, basic combos, shimmies and more! All levels are welcome!

In today's fast-paced world, it's essential to take time to connect with other like-minded and open humans. Building a community with individuals who share your values and interests can provide support, inspiration, and a sense of belonging. Being outside allows you to connect with the earth, which in turn helps you to connect with yourself. Nature has a unique way of grounding us, bringing us back to our true, authentic selves.

Breathwork practices and vibrational sound healing are powerful tools to aid in this journey. These practices can help you to release stored tension and stress, promote relaxation, and elevate your overall sense of well-being. Guided meditation sessions can also be incredibly beneficial, offering a structured approach to quieting the mind and tuning into your inner voice. These techniques, combined with moments of stillness and reflection, can facilitate deep self-healing and personal growth.

Lastly, nourishing and delicious food is an integral part of this holistic approach. When your body is well-nourished, it supports your mental and emotional well-being. Having healthy meals prepared for you allows you to focus entirely on your healing journey without the distraction of daily chores. Take this precious time to connect with yourself, your higher self, and your true authentic self. Remember, the path to self-discovery and healing is unique to each individual, and it begins with taking the first step towards self-care and mindful living.
